Crested Gecko Terms of Service
By submitting a payment or deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service set forth by Cresties and Planties.
You must be over 18 years old or have parents consent to purchase a live animal from Cresties and Planties.

Payments
Payment Plans
Missed Payments
Any purchases under $300 CAD must be paid in full.
Failure to complete payments by the agreed-upon due dates will result in:
Immediate cancellation of the order.
The gecko being relisted for sale.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
Accepted payments method include:
Paypal
Credit Card
Cash (local pickup only)

Payment plans begin on the date the deposit is received.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all 15 day or 30 day payment plans.
For 30 day payment plans:
Payments are due on Day 15 and Day 30.
All payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no store credit will be issued.
Costumers with a previously failed payment plan will not be eligible for future payment plans.

Shipping
Shipping is available Monday through Wednesday via Reptile Express, at the buyer's expense.
Cresties and Planties is not responsible for shipping delays once the animal has been transferred to the courier.
Geckos must be shipped within 30 days of full payment, or once weather conditions are deemed safe for both sender and recipient.
If no communication is received to arrange shipping within this 30 day period:
The gecko will be considered abandoned.
The gecko will be relisted for sale.
No refunds will be issued.
Please note: During shipping or while on winter/summer weather hold, geckos may or may not drop their tails. This does not affect their health or value.
No refunds or compensation will be offered for tail loss.
Holds
Holds are available until safe shipping temperatures are reached on both ends.
Once shipping season begins, buyers have 30 days to schedule shipment.
Failure to communicate within this timeframe will result in:
Order cancellation.
Forfeiture of all payments.
No refunds issued.
Live Arrival
Guarantee
A continuous unboxing video must be provided within 20 minutes of delivery to qualify for the live arrival guarantee.
The video must clearly show:
The sealed shipping box.
The box being opened.
The gecko upon removal from the shipping container.
Failure to provide proper video proof and contact us within the required timeframe will void the live arrival guarantee.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
In the event of a verified DOA, store credit equal to the purchase price of the gecko will be issued.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations and Refunds
All sales are final. All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of unforeseen circumstances occurring while the gecko is under the care of Cresties and Planties during a seasonal (winter or summer) hold period.
Cresties and Planties reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at its discretion.
Sex Disclosure
Sex is not guaranteed unless the gecko is sold as a confirmed adult.
Sex determination is made to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.
