Shipping
Shipping is available world-wide at the buyer's expense.
Local pickup is always welcome.
Once a package has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit.
Product Information
Each crystal is unique. Variations in colour, pattern, shape, and natural inclusions are normal and are not considered defects.
Photos are taken to represent each item as accurately as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
All crystal sales are final.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within the same day of delivery with clear photos and videos of the item, packaging, and shipping box so i can assist you with a resolution.
