Shipping
Shipping is available Canada-wide at the buyer's expense.
Plants are shipped only when temperatures are 15°C or higher between my location and the destination to help ensure they arrive safely.
Local pickup is always welcome.
Once a package has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit.
Plants Condition
Plants are inspected and photographed before shipping.
Minor cosmetic imperfections, slight leaf damage, or natural blemishes may occur and are not considered grounds for a refund.
Plants may experience some stress or minor leaf loss during shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
All plant sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
